Location is central in Munich, the hotel room was clean and satisfactory. The restaurant in the hotel was very limited in dining options. The neighborhood was simply ok but because it is very near the train station it was good.
Staff was nice but when questioned the answers were always different.
I’d honestly probably stay there again if I am ever visiting Munich.

Very clean and modern property near Old town. 2 blocks from the central train station and less than a mile from all of old town Munich. Rooms are large for Europe, with modern amenities and comfortable beds.

Breakfast is decent, a kind of typical American one. The AC vent is open directly right on top of the bed which could cause some headaches (literally). Our bedroom window open towards the inner courtyard so it is very quiet. The street in front of the hotel is extremely busy and noisy. It is not too far from the old town, around 20 minutes walk.

We had a wonderful experience with Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center during our visit in Munich. Hotel is close to Munich old town and central train station. It is very convenient for us to tour around old town and near by scenery sites via train. Though the hotel is close to train station and major roads, the room is so quiet not to hear outside noises through the day. Very nice hotel to stay.

Easy walking distance of the train station and city centre. Trams a short walk away for access to the wider city centre.
