The hotel was beautiful! Everything was so much better in person than what we saw in the pictures and the view of the cathedral from our hotel room was absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and helped us so much with everything. They were also able to store our luggage for us after we checked out while we explore Vienna for the day. I definitely would rate this as one of my most favorite stays ever and I will be recommending it to everyone!

The location was awesome! The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty but nothing terrible. The staff were amazing! They were very helpful to us since this was our first trip to Vienna. The food was very good as well.

I would prefer more lights in the room, specially around the closet and bath. Also more lights at hallways.
The breakfast at the hotel is very expensive if you compare with other places near by.
The reception location is extremely unusual, at floor 6th.
On top of that, at the hotel entrance there is a Demel shops expending all day long demels to go. The smell gets into the hotel pathways, lift, all over.
Room was very very clean!!! Clean ladies, views and in general personnel there are excellent!!!
