Excellent service, amazing staff members in all areas. Place was very quiet and safe at all times.
Among the staff members Alexander was the best going above and beyond service.

Staff persons ( SARAI & CYNTHIA) at the front desk were very courteous and even surpassed the customer service standards of this beautiful hotel at the heart of downtown Mexico City.
This is my # 1 hotel for years!

Everything was great. Because of the World Cup streets were closed and we had to walk a block with luggage to get to the hotel, after getting dropped off with the taxi. Not the hotels fault just a little inconvenient for getting picked up or dropped off from the hotel.
