Very good breakfast and customer service

Clean and spacious room, AC can use some updates, good central location. restaurant offers good comfort food, will come back again!

Need to upgrade bathroom wall ( colour ). The rooms were clean , beds comfortable . Staff very helpful with intention to satisfy. Breakfast was plentiful.Great rooftop bar view.Flight later than checkout ; after-checkout bathroom and towels. Would recommend for location and comfort.

This was the perfect hotel for a stay in Tam Coc! Location is on a quiet street with views of the rice fields and mountains. It was nice to be in a calm spot, but still only a 5 minute walk to the main street in Tam Coc with restaurants and shops. We had no issues getting a Grab to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel when visiting the temples and Trang An. Everyone that worked at the hotel was so friendly and kind. The hotel arranged airport transport and offered laundry services which was awesome. Breakfast had a good selection, we loved the fresh fruit. I would recommend and stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Liberty Hall. The breakfast was delicious - the pho bo was a great way to start each morning. There was a bit of a mix up with our room - they did not have the actual room we booked available for the first night. They moved us into the mountain view room the next night and it was stunning. The staff refunded us some money for the first night stay without us asking. It was a great demonstration of integrity that we very much appreciated!

The balcony door in room 206 didn't have a handle so I was stuck outside on the balcony. Staff were helpful and got me back in quickly. The hotel is run down and needs upgrading. The views were lovely but would just visit for a drink not stay.

Very peaceful quiet location. Very nice pool and room with a balcony. Fantastic breakfast in the morning try the bbq pork and fried rice!

Great hotel close to all the sights in and around Ninh Binh. Our room was clean and spacious and having a balcony was a perfect spot to have a beer and enjoy the beautiful scenery below. Breakfast was very good and there were enough food options to fill you up prior to the start of the day. We also found the hotel to be very quiet and the rooftop bar was amazing. It was so great that it actually attracted people that were not even guests at the hotel. All the staff were amazing and always willing to help out when needed. It was wonderful having bikes available and we put them to good use exploring the area and even taking them to Mua Cave to explore Ngoa Long Mountain. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spot close to the action.

Personnel, adorable et disponible Très belle vue si on prend la chambre qu’il faut. Petit déjeuner plus que correct. Hôtel situé au calme, et cependant très proche de tout, nous ne regrettons pas du tout autre choix.
