Great location. Amazing size and perfect for a family of four. Only issue was shower had very limited hot water.

Great apartment centrally located around all sites

Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a great 3-night stay in this apartment at the beginning of a weeklong vacation. The apartment was plenty big enough for the 4 of us to have some space after days full of sightseeing. Each room had air-conditioning although 2 of the 5 units were either out of service or just not communicating with the controllers. Even with daily temps outside of 95+ degrees during our stay, the apartment stayed comfortable. The elevator in the building was pretty small, but perfectly fine for use. We generally took the stairs which was no problem even with luggage. The building is in a super location; right next to Campo de Fiori (make sure to find the hidden passageway!). Easy walks to all the Centro Storico sites and restaurants. We even walked to the Colosseum (early a.m. to beat the heat/crowds) which took under 1/2 hour and also across the bridge over to Trastevere in under 1/4 hour. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean unit with enough appliances to eat-in although we mostly dined out. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was exceptional had all the amenities, a home from home experience. The location was very good and well located to most of the main attractions. On personally, note the sleep quality could have been better for me. I discovered that a duvet covers and pillows had feathers, which I am sensitive too. With my next booking I will now have too specifically ask about the bedding etc. Sleeps very important but apart from that the apartment was very recommendable.

Great location close to restaurants and eatery’s. If you don’t have walking issues and can use your phone for directions major attractions within walking distance. Good air conditioning

The apartment feels new and it’s in an ideal location with many stores, restaurants and attractions near by. The amenities are excellent including a very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machines, solid AC and very good Wi-Fi. A list of local restaurants with recommendations was useful. We especially liked Hostaria Costanza, a restaurant set in the ancient remains of the Pompey theater.

I had previously not left a review as I tried to resolve to Expedia but with no avail. The apartment was advertised as soundproof multiple times within the listing. This was not our experience. We could clearly hear neighbours, footsteps, hallway conversations and lift noise throughout the day and night. Sleep was repeatedly disrupted throughout our stay and I was woken multiple times every night. I slept extremely badly every night and had to wear headphones playing white noise just to try and be able to sleep. I would not have booked had the true level of noise been accurately represented.

The apartment was in a great location with plenty of great restaurants close by. Walking distance to a majority of the highlights of Rome. Definitely recommend the apartment.

Easy check-in, clean roomy apartment. Two mini-split AC units that worked well. Clean functional kitchen with espresso machine. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Fast wi-fi (tested at 400mbit). I'd happily return.
