Staff were amazing from check in to check out.
Use of the restaurant and pool on the roof top made the whole stay.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Short walk to theatres, great restaurants, Rogers Centre and other Toronto attractions. Oscar Suite was very spacious.
What really stood out for us was the staff who were very friendly and attentive. From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the servers in Kost - they all seemed to go that extra mile! We really appreciated it. Special shout out to Totchie (front desk supervisor) and Rebekah (server in Kost)!!
