Very Neat clean rooms but water was not going in sink and bathtub in our room

This is a great place to stay in Milan. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were neat and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The biggest advantage is the location — it is just one minute away from the train station, with easy connections to Milan Central, making travel very convenient. The food was also very good, and we especially enjoyed the experience of watching the football final together with everyone on a big projector. That was truly the highlight of our trip and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and felt comfortable.

It is a good hotel well located for the Metro. The hotel is efficient and effective in the Milanese way. The staff were great especially in the breakfast room. There is an outdated charm about the place, like the room keys. Would be happy to recommend staying there.

Nice location, friendly staff.

Spent 4 night here and had a pleasant time. The rooms were nicely air conditioned and the room was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had great options and the location was really ideal as it was right near the metro which take you straight to the duomo in 15 mins. Would gladly come back :)

Everything was great in the room. Staff was decent but could be more welcoming

Thanx

Great location, with Metro to centre of Molan less than 100m away. Large & comfortable room, but breakfast was disappointing (it was very busy, not enough staff, coffee machine not giving full selection, fresh fruit had run low, no cheese left etc).

Very clean and well kept, staff friendly and helpful, location ideal as very close to metro station, literally just round the corner
