A really great family run hotel. It is situated slightly out of Hoi a but this meant it was quieter and just a short walk along the river and you were in the centre again. Really lovely rooms, great breakfast and a really lovely swimming pool. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for us, very welcoming . A great hotel - I would recommend it.

居心地の良いお部屋でした。空調の調子が良くなかったですが朝食もついていて宿泊施設の方々の接客も良かったです。また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Amazing hotel with fabulous rooms and beautiful pool with lovely plants. It looks wonderful at night when it is all lit up with coloured lanterns. It is a real steel for the money. Accommodation of this quality normally costs more than double.

Floor is abit dirty. Need to wear sliper Decent breakfast, very good service and nice hotel design

Very beautiful place so peaceful and clean with great staff safe and very helpful staff with quality in room dining and very affordable thanks to front desk staff well done

A really nice hotel let down by the service. We were upgraded to a super nice room for the duration (5 days) of our trip, this was awesome. The room was amazing and the bathroom too! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, we usually had it near enough to ourselves. The hotel is a bit out of town but the hotel will call taxis and they are fairly inexpensive. The main let down was the service. They are so understaffed: the receptionist has to deal with check-ins, pool-side service, cocktail making, etc. This makes everything excruciatingly slow. Plus the staff struggle with English. Breakfast was crap. We asked for 3 different types of juices to be told they had run out even though we could see them in the fridge ! (Due to inexperienced waitress). The food was the same everyday and we had to chase our cooked to order items. If you can deal with the lack of service then this hotel is a bargain.

행복한 시간을 보냈습니다 조식 맛나고 위치도 조용하니 좋았습니다 올드타운과는 다소 거리가 있었으나 택시비 저렴해서 괜찮았습니다

Wonderful resort stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean, quiet room.

Great service and hospitality. Closer to Hoi An old town would have made it perfect.

In overall, our stay in this hotel was perfect. It opened a few months ago so the rooms are new. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The decoration is nice and it has a pretty swimming pool. Despite not being in the centre of the town, the hotel provides bikes and it takes around 10-15 minutes to reach centre having a nice ride.
