The food was absolutely delicious.

Staff was amazing. Room was very clean. Breakfast had a great variety and there was plenty to eat.

Their systems were off-line upon check-in. Despite showing the receipt and booking confirmation they made my employee pay before allowing checking, despite knowing the fault is on their end and trouble shooting or just re-check in the following morning, which would be normal practise. When the system was online the following day, the refund took 3-4 days. Furthermore, laundry service was requested. After following up numerous times and being assured it will be ready on time, when the time actually came for the laundry to be required back, they said it was never sent in.

Not only were their systems pff line to check and validate the booking and payment upon arrival, despite showing the receipt and booking confirmation, but then they also compelled my employee to pay for the first night stay, before they would book him in. The system was back the following and they processed the refund only 3 days later. Then he booked in washing, which not only forgot to send into the cleaners, but kept on saying it will be ready on time. But then it was later the following day as well, not meeting deadlines they provided, multiple times this causing crisis management for clothes.

Our rooms & sheets were clean. Would stay there whenever we visit cape town again. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, everyone was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Modern fun hotel but the rooms are small and the food from room service is terrible. The service however is amazing with very friendly staff.
