The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, featuring a lovely garden that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and beautiful gardens made the stay especially memorable.

I've stayed here before & it was good as always. The room was clean & functional - the bathroom is a nice size & works well. A very good position - easily walk-able from Healesville & you can't hear too much of the highway noise.

Totally immaculate! Beautifully presented with lovely white sheets, pillow slips and towelling. Not a mark anywhere.
Gorgeous gardens, plenty of convenient parking spaces.
The property is listed as a " motel" but that doesn't do justice to it. Built around an historic home, it's way more than that. We will stay here again.

Room was well presented and very clean. Ralph and Helen were very friendly . Our only reservation was that during our four day stay the room was not serviced at all which has not been our experience when staying at other up market motels.
