그저 그래요 No pool didn’t notify me

그저 그래요 The pool and hot tub were both down for maintenance with no timeline to reopen. There was also no communication that they were not available until we got there. The room definitely needed a deep cleaning, our feet were black after walking bare foot on the carpet and the bathroom had visible build up in the corners and bath tub. We also are a family of 4 in a double queen room, yet only 2 towels and 1 washcloth were provided. Overall we will not be staying here again

We really wish the front desk would have warned us that the pool area was closed before purchase.

Unfortunately had to stay here as a block of rooms for my son’s baseball tournament. Terrible hotel and over priced. Avoid if you can.

No hot water in the room and tv did not work properly. Pool was out of service for no reason apparently.
