Very uncleaned rooms. Unresponsive staff. The place sticks, the beds sheets have hairs, stains bad odors. The showers are dirty with precious customers body and hands traces everywhere. The furniture is dusty.
We have our rooms changed two times before we decided to leave to never ever return there.

만족해요 1st room they put us in had a bad musty smell so they changed are room and when we came back that night we found we had no heat so we had to chang rooms again
the staff was accomidating but the room cahange was annoying also it would be great if they had a small coffee maker in the room there is no continental breakfast

The bed had pubic hair in it. They moved us to another room, where at 3a.m. there was no heat.
We wete freezing and left at 5:30 a.m.
We checked in after midnight. No rest, no sleep after a full day of travel.
