There was an unauthorised charged on our staff credit card, we have rang and emailed the hotel repeatedly to either get a receipt or explanation or a refund and they have just been passing the buck every time. We are still waiting for refund or receipt. Very poor.

The property has recently been refurbished and the rooms are very clean. The bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

It is exactly what I have come to expect after many earlier stays

I stayed at this property for two weeks and overall had a mixed experience. The location was excellent — close to everything while still being outside the busy town area, making it both convenient and peaceful. The breakfast and restaurant were outstanding, and the restaurant staff were always warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk service did not meet the same standard. On one occasion, I asked for coins for the laundry machines and was told to walk to a nearby convenience store to get change myself. Requests for items also took an unusually long time to be fulfilled. Another disappointing experience involved purchasing laundry detergent. I returned around 9 PM hoping to buy detergent for use the following morning since our room was located in a separate building far from the front desk. The receptionist refused, repeatedly saying the laundry room was closed, even after I explained I only wanted the detergent in advance. The interaction felt unnecessarily unhelpful. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. While the beds were made, towels replaced, and trash removed daily, the room itself was not cleaned thoroughly. Floors were never vacuumed, and tables and surfaces were often left unwiped. Despite these issues, free parking was very convenient, the location was perfect, and the restaurant remained one of the highlights of our stay.

Found a roach in the first room I booked got moved to a new room. The staff was amazing didn’t realize i stayed during a power outage was. Charged the rate even tho the outage was effecting the first day I was staying no power for like 12hrs at night

The room has some weird smell that are bothering us, the room does not provide tissue, other than that, others are good, staffs are very nice and helpful especially staffs in the onsite restaurant.
