Excellent location to walkable sight seeing places, F&B and market place. Cleanliness and condition were at immaculate and very hospitable hosts, the sincerity were evidently displayed throughout the interaction. They had specific breakfast options that you could between that could suit nearly everyone's taste. The beds were fairly soft and they actually had a shower stall that didn't leak into the bathroom. The staff was more than generous when I told them I was missing breakfast to climb the nearby mountain, giving me milk and bread.

We had a wonderful time at Dali. Our stay at Dali YanYuan Mountain Retreat was fabulous from the minute we stepped into that classic wooden door. Warmest and friendliest greeting from the host Charlie and his staffs. Charlie recommended for us to rent a car for our one day trip. Mr Dung, our driver also our tour guide was fantastic, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a trip to be remembered.
