Back to Momizi hotel, same friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and nice Japanese rice balls for evening, will be back when dropping by Haiphong

Outstanding service, friendly and helpful staff, great japanese breakfast, quiet environment, clean and bright room, free and delicious rice balls served in the evening

Very decent breakfast with 10 different options, helpful and polite staff, clean and quiet room, on the busy Van Gao road but away from the noise, plenty of restaurants and cafe around, will definitely come back, ideal for business stay

The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub.
