知本温泉発祥の地らしく、施設は古かった。 ドアの立て付けもなかなかだったが、それはそれでOK。 部屋で温泉が出るのはいいけど、髪の毛を洗うのには真水のお湯が出てほしかったかも。 宿泊費も安く、地元の人も長期滞在とか湯治？に来ている人も多いようだった。 卵や野菜を温泉で茹でることができるのは良いと思う。

We really enjoyed our stay, but I have to say it probably won't appeal to the vast majority of Western tourists. We really enjoyed the hot springs, the rooms are clean but basic. The whole hotel honestly is showing its age but still give our stay a five-star and it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are expecting Holiday inn or a Hilton it might be a bit of surprise. The location is quite remote which we enjoyed. We did find some heat waterfalls and some hiking within about a 15 to 20 minute drive but there's not much else around.

It's an older hotel but the room is clean and we can soak in hot spring inside the room. The open hot spring area is really nice but unfortunately we didn't bring our swimming suits. The breakfast is healthy with many dishes. I love this hotel.

We stayed in the "standard room." It had thin walls separating it from a walkway/balcony to all other rooms. We heard people walking and talking and elevator noises all right next to our bed in the room.

1. 浴室設備老了點。 2. 依客房品質，價格還算貴。 3. 附早餐：我比較不挑，算OK。 4. 冷氣無法溫控哦！ 5. 房間內無Wi-Fi，傷腦筋。 6. 溫泉SPA設施太少，樣式不多；我是非假日(星期日)入住，冷水泳池沒水ㄋㄟ。

Our room was huge and the staff was very friendly. Like most of Taiwan outside of Taipei, almost no one spoke English. This was not such a problem as we enjoyed the spa facilities without needing directions. If you do not like the sulphurous smell of the hot spring then you may not enjoy this, but we got over it. The free breakfast is full of variety, and there is enough "Western" items for non-Asians to eat. We only stayed two nights, and arrived just after the Chinese New Year holiday, so the place was pretty quiet. The Zhiben National Forest Area is very close, and we had some good hiking there.

I felt good for staying this hotel.

We had to leave early and the person at desk made us breakfast to go what a great guy will stay again
