Well-kept facility. Very clean and nice amenities. Was put in a room above the reception office facing the street, so not the best experience this time. If we could have gotten the rooms facing the pool or courtyard we would have been more pleased. We also had noisy, drunken neighbors late at night, but it wasn’t anything Sina Suites could have done.

Check in was quick. Our room was really big with a living space, bedroom and kitchen. The grocery store was a quick Uber ride away. The pool was great, as is the convenience of the poolside bar/food set up. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. Our shuttle let us down at the last minute. The hotel owner stepped up to make sure we got to the airport in time. The staff goes above and beyond. This was like an oasis in the hotel area, so quiet. I will visit again. Btw, price was very economical!

I had a wonderful stay in Cancún! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay there again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cancún! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Front desk upon arrival were very helpful and answered all our questions. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked very clean and had a wonderful view. The lunch at the restaurant was very good and service was wonderful. I look forward to staying there again.

Nice roomy suites with kitchen and balcony in a quiet location facing the lagoon. Has a nice restaurant and pool.

If your dont want to be in the hotel zone this is the spot. Place was clean and inviting. Its the tropics so I did expect little bugs and critters. Only downfall was having to walk to the main street to catch the bus. Like a 15 minute walk. Maybe 10. Property was well kept. Staff was helpful and kind. Great views. Restaurant on site. Also Restaurants at the end of the street that I ate at. Gas station near by and pharmacy. Overall id stay again

I as a traveler who booked my trip through Expedia a package that included air fare and stay, and when I submitted my true and honest experience, Expedia refuse to post it and told me I have to revise my true experience, smh, Wow this unbelievable, but nevertheless I’ll just say since I really can’t truly express myself, don’t if you see a package that includes air fare and a Stay at Sina Suites in Cancun, Please find somewhere else to stay

The staff were very helpful, especially Diego. The room was a 7/10 when it comes to cleanliness. The mirror and bathroom sink were dirty. The sheets and chairs were stained. There's a restaurant (La Palma or La Isla, don't recall the correct name), the food is mediocre and overpriced. The suite was beautiful with direct view to the pool. The next-door neighbors, (I think they live there) had a cat that at night made noises. The suite is big, but the A/C is solely located in the bedroom, it becomes hard to stay in the living room with just the ceiling fan. At the reception they have a filter that you can use during your stay. The overall experience was good.
