I had stayed at this hotel 25 years ago. The name and ownership were changed but service quality remained the same. I would stay again if I go to Helsinki in the future.

Overall, the hotel and location were good. Breakfasts were very good and I enjoyed the sauna. The rooms were too hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

It’s a very nice hotel so I’m being picky. When I checked in I arranged for the room to be cleaned but in 3 days housekeeping did not visit our room. I can’t work out why this was !!
Just a suggestion but if you are walking from the centre of Helsinki the pedestrian entrance is completely on the wrong side of the hotel. You have to walk completely round the hotel to get in. I’m sure that there could be an entrance on the opposite side.
Apart from that all aspects of the hotel are excellent and the few queries we had ( like please can we have clean towels) were dealt with very efficiently

This is a terrific, and very central hotel in Helsinki. Kiasma Museum and the Moomin shop (as well as lots of other shopping, museums, and great cafes and restaurants) are a quick walk.
The hotel itself is clean, well-cared for, with good breakfasts. Highly recommend bringing a swimsuit for the pool and sauna.
Staff are all super friendly and helpful!

This hotel was fantastic. Beautiful spacious room and very close to all the local sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options.

Great room but we couldn't find any USB ports...never got around to asking the very helpful front desk
