그저 그래요 Lousy checkin experience. They couldn't find my reservation. The room keys, while electronic, must be returned to the front desk or you'll be fined 100QR. The shower and toilet leaked. I was put in a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking.

그저 그래요 Bad smell in the entire 4th floor and inside the room. Only one towel which was used for ages. The room had a central air conditioner with a lot of dust hanging from the air grill. There were spider net near the hanger in the wardrobe. Uncomfortable bed mattress and a lot of noise from a nearby building construction work.
