The hotel room was a nice size, clean, had a mini fridge and had a luxury feel. The staff was incredibly helpful and happy to help. The area the hotel is in is lovely and quiet. There is a grocery store on the same block, which was pretty convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cleaning was very good, breakfast was excellent, metro was 8 minutes walking from hotel. Swimming pool wasn't working.

The gym was a mini-gym; only dumbbells, a treadmill, exercise bike and kettle bells. It would have been hugely beneficial to at least have a bench. I was not informed prior to arrival, either whern booking or even days before that the pool would not be available, and had to ask at reception if I could use it before I was told it would not be possible. In addition, I booked a double room which ended up as two twin beds. The breakfast range could have been better (and warmer). However, the staff were very friendly upon arrival, and everyday upon returning to the room, the room was clean with fresh towels.

On arrival, we were given our check in card but weren’t given any information (e.g breakfast/ dinner/ gym). The rooms aren’t soundproofed i could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms.
The hotel is near a supermarket and a lovely park which were fun to explore, but compared to other hotels I visited it felt a bit tired.
