매우 훌륭해요 The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful.

My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience.

This 800-year-old ryokan was truly a great experience! I wish we were able to spend more time at this specific hotel during our trip. From the yukata to the breakfast and even the hot springs! I can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Great location - barely 2 blocks away from the train station. The host, Sugita, that greeted us was fluent in English! She was very hospitable and gave us information/recommendations around the area. The mall across the bridge has many cute stores and food to check out. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful.
We got a room with a private onsen, facing the water - beautiful view. Strongly recommend!
