훌륭해요 Our room itself was very clean, but unfortunately our bathroom was disgusting. It had hair from previous users and towels that weren’t so clean. The water pressure of the shower is like washing your hands with a sink. Not to mention the water will be at the temperature you want it and than all of a sudden you being hit with extremely hot water. Safe were extremely nice and very helpful. The property had some questionable things go on but never affected me or my family.

그저 그래요 Front desk manager was rude, unhelpful.
I got so ill from staying there. Deathly sick.
The room was not as described.
I paid $300 for 2 nights and I would have been right to stay at a motel.
My car was damaged, faded and not to have to mention I was charged parking!

I tried to file a complaint with you and no one ever followed through. I had an incident on Thursday night that the staff did not handle well. I was very upset. On Fridays same Manager was talking about me to others in the lobby. Not acceptable. I believe I should be refunded for 1 or 2 of the nights. It was very bad. When I called their customer service I was told I had to file with Expedia and get a case number. No one ever followed through. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

The welcoming hotel team is super attentive and I’m so happy I booked my stay here. The stairs need extra attention and protection from littering guests. Will definitely stay here next time I need to get away to The OC. My room was spacious and clean. Also the coffee at the gas station is top notch, no doubt.
