Such a lovely place and the owners/staff are so friendly and kind. Everything from check in to accessing the onsens and meals were great! - we all slept well too on the bedding. If I come back this way again, I’ll be staying here!

We stayed here for one night on a half-board package, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we realised we had left a bag at our previous destination. They went above and beyond to help us arrange a plan to retrieve it, which we greatly appreciated.
The service was outstanding, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of the JR station and conveniently situated right behind one of the public onsen facilities.
The meals were both delicious and generous in portion size. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Ryokan with half board. Very attentive and helpful staff. Homely and comfortable room. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Had passes to the public onsens which was a bonus. Located centrally short walk from the station and onsens. Very relaxing visit.

Lovely family run ryokan with a comfortable room, but fairly basic. The food is amazing. Seriously make sure you save an appetite for this dinner especially.

The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout.

훌륭해요 We loved our room so much, beautiful and vintage Japanese style! Kinosaki was such a treat, loved the onsen, they allowed us to leave our bags before and after checkout. Our only frustration was that they only gave us 1 towel each to use throughout the day at 6 onsen. On our checkout day they wouldn’t give us a towel or a fresh husky’s, and wanted us to use the previous days towel (still wet from the onsen) which was already taken
