Wonderful apartment. Sparkling clean. Great location. Super helpful host who allowed us to check in early. The only issue was that we were street-facing and across from a club that had music blasting until 3:30-4 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

Great location. It does get loud at night because you're near a night club. The apartment is great. Everything you need.

Everything is great about this hotel ; the room, the cleanliness, the location, but, the BEST PART is the HOSTESS!! She is by far the sweetest host I have had so far. So kind, so helpful, so understanding. I had a great stay. Thank you!!

This hotel is in a brilliant location, although it can get noisy at night with people from the nearby bars. It didn’t bother us too much though and we were more happy with how central we were. The room was clean with a lovely view of the city. The lady we saw who greeted us and cleaned was so helpful. She was more than happy to give us recommendations for where to go to eat. There isn’t a front desk/reception at this hotel so you do need to bear that in mind if you have any questions or issues. Having said that I think the staff were helpful and we didn’t need anything from them anyway. I would stay here again for the cleanliness and convenience of the location. And the aircon!

Clean and modern rooms, we had the standard so was at the back away from any noise at the front. Keep in mind it's 3rd floor and no lift. Only the apartment is 1st floor. Breakfast is at a place on the Riva from a set menu. Otherwise great location and friendly helpful owners.

We had a fabulous two-night stay in Split and were very happy with thev2 bedroom apartment. It was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and well equipped, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. We were met by the manager on arrival, who made check-in seamless and shared helpful local info. The location was fantastic—an easy walk to the Old Town, waterfront, to the night vibe. restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again
