매우 훌륭해요 Clean, comfortable room. Excellent location. All staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good and great value for 21 euros per person.

Hotel room was clean and good size to accommodate that we needed room for our family of 4. Breakfast had good amount of options and was convenient. Location was great for us as there was good food and shopping nearby, and close to the metro. Only negative was that our room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and seems there was a bit of confusion about if it was ready or not. This was not too bad but was just not a great way to start our trip after we were tired from a long flight. The staff were very apologetic about the inconvenience.

There was no air condition, the only option was to g wet transferred to a another lower category property which had other issues like location and other, and the worst part is they had better option from the same group of properties.
And to make it even more worst that I was charged at both of their properties.
Worst experience ever.

Very good breakfast. Location a little far from the center but they have a free shuttle to take you there. The staff are super kind. We took a room with balcony what made our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend it.
