We opted for the Gold plan and loved it! Breakfast was included, small plate appetizers and canapés and then dessert served in an exclusive common room from 5:00. Excellent service. But the hotel needs some refurbishing and updating. The desk chair in our room was literally shredded. This is a premium property. A wonderful and historic and perfectly located hotel. The Fairmount needs to give it some love.

Lovely hotel and room! Only complaint was in the Gold Lounge. People FaceTiming or speaking on the phone with speaker on loud. It's annoying when trying to have a quiet breakfast.

I had another wonderful stay here. This is my first time at the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and especially kind. The environment feels safe, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast menu was excellent as well — a great way to start the day. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service. I’ll definitely be back.
