My family stayed here for three nights. The room was clean, modern, and quite spacious by Japanese standards. It also had a small kitchenette, which was very convenient. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained. The only downside was the location. It is quite far from Shinjuku Station, especially the Marunouchi Line, as well as the main shopping areas. It took us more than 20 minutes to walk to the station. It was also not very convenient for visiting popular areas such as Tokyo Station, Ginza, and Ueno. While the hotel itself and the room were excellent, the location meant adding an extra 20–30 minutes of walking each way whenever we went out. That meant an additional 40–60 minutes of walking every day just to get to and from the hotel. It also made it impractical to return to the hotel during the day to rest before heading out again, as doing so would require another long walk each way. On the first day, the walk didn’t seem like a big issue, but after several days of sightseeing and being on our feet, the extra walking became quite exhausting. Overall, the hotel and the room were great, but the location significantly affected the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

I had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The team was friendly, attentive, and made every step easy. I’d absolutely recommend it and would happily come back again.

Our room was a decent size and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t too close to the subway (half mile walk) and the mildew smell from the bathroom and room windows were horrific. No matter how long we ran the fan and air conditioner, the room stank of mildew. It clearly needs a deeper clean and other efforts to mitigate moisture and smell.

The staff was so nice and friendly.

Found this hotel and accommodations great for our family of four. The staff was helpful, their luggage service is the fastest and easiest to use. The site was also very well located to leverage the local transportation system.

This is the 3rd Mimaru hotel that we stayed at for our Japan trip and again we loved it! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only issue was the subway stop was a little farther away compared to the other Mimaru hotels we stayed at. It takes about 8-10 min walk to a subway station.

We had a great stay at this Mimaru. Close to the main Shinjuku station and lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff were so helpful and amazing. The room was very clean, we had a room with bunk beds and it was perfect for our young kids. The room was exactly how it was described. We also used the laundry facilities and it was kept clean and very useful for hotel guests.

Very family friendly and close to everything. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating.
