Excellent location, clean, close to everything. A little noisy in the night but it is expected because of its location. Very good and helpful staff

Great Location!! Right in the heart of where you need to be. It was actually a pretty nice place. The only real issue is having to carry your luggage up 80 some stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that it wasn't to bad. We'd stay there again.

Worst hotel experience ever. We booked and got to the hotel and no one was at reception because it’s a remote hotel etc. they never emailed or sent codes or directions. Had a terrible time calling and talking to whoever it was. I have a six month old and she was exhausted crying and the guy was taking over 40 mins to get us the codes which ended up not working and it was a disaster(there is three different codes it’s way too tedious). After an hour we finally got into our room only to find out the AC doesn’t work it was muggy all night. Gets even better when the single person bed BROKE and my baby FELL! And the guy said there was NOTHING they could do until over five hours at 11am when we are supposed to be sleeping. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Booked the suite and it was great! Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, pantheon about 1 min from the door, and great places to eat located all around right through the door! Has a chairlift on the first flight of stairs so you can get a free ride back to your room after working those tired legs all day! Taxi accessible if you need a ride all the way in/out. Desk can arrange for early check in if available. Doorknobs are tricky with the codes but felt secure once inside!

Very clean room. Wonderful cleaning staff and right in the heart of everything. Across the square from popular instagram sandwich shop and stones throw from Pantheon.

The online check in did not work for me. Room was clean and in a great location. The staff was nice and responded to questions.

The checkin process is not friendly. You have to climb to the third floor with your luggage’s, no fun at all.

The checkin process is not easy. There is barely enough space for 3 persons. Probably won’t recommend to any others

The property is perfectly placed for walking to all major attractions and multiple restaurants. HOWEVER if you need assistance it is nearly impossible to contact anyone as there is no staff on premises. Also very tricky to access the property and room due to electronic locks. The property is kept well, the beds are comfortable BUT multiple steps to climb and carry your luggage. No elevator or lift

Shopping and dining were great. Very central. One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs!!!!!
