From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every part of the property was well maintained. It was clear that everyone takes great pride in providing outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a truly first-class experience. We had such an amazing stay at this hotel in Mykonos. The staff were genuinely lovely — so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They also surprised us with a complimentary birthday card, beautiful room decorations, and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel really special. Everything about our stay felt easy, personal, and memorable. It was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely come back.

We unfortunately had a very short stay due to flight delays, but we absolutely loved the place! The staff was very welcoming and friendly the moment we arrived at the airport. Giovanni the driver was very kind and helpful. He gave us a few local recommendations and told us a little history about the island, he even checked in with us whenever he saw us around the hotel. Nina at the front desk was an angel, she made check in after a long day a breeze. Showed us a map of the island and even helped us order food delivery. The location was great, just a short cab ride to the main town, breakfast was delicious, wifi worked, rooms were clean. I would return to Mykonos just to go to this hotel again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Transfers to airport and ferry terminal were provided free of charge. Pool area very nice. Mediterranean partial views from some second stories. Steep walk down to waterfront. Front staff helped us rent an ATV which is a great vehicle to drive around island on the narrow roads. Recommend highly.

Staff at the hotel is fantastic. 2 girls at front desk and the driver Yanis were going out their way to make the stay as relax as possible. It was very convenient that hotel was providing pick up and drop off at airport.

Room was great and very clean. The staff spectacular. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The pool was amazing.

The staff were so friendly! The buffet was a great spread and had multiple things to choose from. The pool had a bar right next to it and the lounge area was nice and clean. My husband and I had a great time staying here

What a beautiful hotel!! Even before we got there Nadia was in communication asking if there was anything they could help with to make our stay even more comfortable. When we got there we met Nadia at check in so warm and welcoming. She noticed it was my birthday recently (hence the trip) and she upgraded us to an AMAZING room! Had a minor issue with the TV and Nadia managed to get it sorted within 5 minutes of reporting. I then realised I made a mistake with my booking as our flight was not leaving till 8:30pm and I spoke to Rania about my situation, again very understanding. Advised she would need to double check before she could advise and she kept her promise messaged me with updates and they were able to accommodate us. Outside of the staff the hotel is in amazing condition and clearly this is no accident. We saw several workers touching up paint, jet washing they obviously care about the appearance of the hotel. We left feeling very welcomed and happy, who ever is in charge should be happy about how your staff represents the hotel. Would definitely come back and would recommend anyone to stay here you wont regret it. It is also walking distance to the main shops another bonus. Very highly rated from us please keep it up x
