그저 그래요 Expedia canceled our reservation without our permission and we arrived at a hotel very late with no reservation and then proceeded to have problem after problem with Expedia customer service trying to reestablish the reservation that we had already paid for Expedia also kept payment for the night st the hotel that we were unable to stay in due to an extreme weather event in the northeast which canceled our flight and we had no ability to get there. Expedia said they would return the money as did the hotel but they never did so. I have used Expedia for over 20 years and I will never use it again and I’m also advising our multiple friends of what happened so they do not fall. Pray to how Expedia conducts business which is extremely poor and unfair to the customer.

Excellent customer service and very helpful service. Housekeeping was ready for us in not time and the room was very comfortable and clean with a really good scent of clean floors and furniture. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back to stay on this place again. Thank you!
