⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. A very special thank you goes to Dana, who went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. Her professionalism, genuine care, and dedication truly made all the difference. She is an incredible asset to the resort, and thanks to her, we will always remember this trip fondly. We would also like to thank David for his kindness and support throughout our stay. We really appreciated everything he did for us. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful vacation. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun!

The rooms were clean and nice but there was construction next door so every morning at 6:00am there was construction noise.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The lazy river was great and cool.

The room was amazing and perks for being an Expedia member. We loved everything about the resort and the people. We would definitely return.

Swimming pools were too warm - like bathwater! Could you put some COLD into, them to make them swimmable and refreshing. Pool Washrooms left a lot to be desired. Barely working- not maintained - a bit of a yucky experience! Needs more attention.

Great service and staff was friendly and on top of things. Dana and David were super welcoming and accommodating upon our requests.
