Super, clean, friendly and safe place. Highly recommend

Rude staff, air conditioning did not work , window did not open , manager gave me a upgrade from a apartment with a walk straight to the pool to a room overlooking the car park , main road ( I will let you work that upgrade out !?) could not even get into room at 14:00 hrs even though we completed online check in was at the hotel at 12:30

Drinks service at meals was very slow, especially it seemed for All Inc clients

Short stay before Christmas, hotel was excellent, right on the beach

Whilst the room was clean and beautiful there was no hairdrier supplied by mistake and no kettle despite providing tea and cups. I had to request the hair drier 3 times before one was provided on my second afternoon. The dinner buffet

I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I also got a good deal with Expedia. I will be returning.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool area spacious with plenty sun beds. Dining room plenty tables for buffet breakfast and there was a luge choice of well presented and prepared food. Problem with lifts whilst we were there.

Clean and nice area

Lovely clean hotel, rooms nice modern with a small balcony overlooking the pool down to the beach, staff friendly & helpful, stayed half board food verity v good. Bus stop almost outside the hotel, or take the coast path walk into Playa del Ingles.. enjoyed our stay
