매우 훌륭해요 Everything was ok. First day I was given a room in 10th floor. Air conditioner was not working well and room smelled bad.
Went to reception and staff was so kind she gave me a room in 5th floor and everything was ok!

훌륭해요 Only concern was the hallways have no A/C and the shower faucet hot and cold doesn't stay at the temperature it changes on its own.

매우 훌륭해요 The hotel was perfect. In a great location, has a bar, and staff were so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the pool could have been cleaner. We didn’t visit the restaurant, so I can’t comment about that. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Besides the shower. The water kept turning boiling hot or super cold. Did not enjoy that at all. Room was clean and cleaning lady always kept it tidy thank you!

We couldn’t adjust the heater in the room. I think it was automatic and every night that we slept there it was just burning hot.
