그저 그래요 Reach the hotel with my family after long travel and rooms were not ready , they gave us one room after sometime , the other room got it after long time , moreover the room not well cleaned, old , twilit water is not well feeding , electricity was not working in one of the rooms

Nothing unique, worn-out furniture, bedding terrible, you sink into the mattress and worst of all one elevator for the whole hotel floor, size of a football field, although acknowledge breakfast as surprisingly cheap, room service had a very limited menu, stay in Holiday Inn whenever I am in USA , and it is perfect, this time it was a complete disappointment, room telephone did not wok an despite my three requests was not fixed, the soap was surprisingly of good quality.
