훌륭해요가족 숙박객
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig, es war alles vorhanden. Der Wellness Bereich war super, mehrere Pools, und zahlreiche Saunen, auch das Fitness Center war in Ordnung. Mein Highlight war der Sauna-Papst, der die Aufgüsse gemacht hat. Seine Art und seine Choreografie beim Aufguss ist einzigartig und ein wiederkommen wert. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl auch das Restaurant hat uns überzeugt. Über das WLAN habe ich mich geärgert, sowohl im Zimmer, als auch in der Poolanlage hatte ich fast keine Verbindung, schade in einem 5 Sterne- Haus. Perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ich möchte noch die tolle Atmosphäre der Bar erwähnen und den sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Herren, der unsere Getränke zubereitet hat.

Superb 5 star spa hotel set in a beautiful part of the Black Forest. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The changing set menu in the restaurant every evening offered great choice. The food at all times, including the buffet lunch, was excellent. The entire resort was clean and well maintained. There was a large range of options in the spa, including multiple hammams, saunas and pools. The ONLY negative was that the spa staff seemed less friendly and a bit slow to provide fresh plastic cups for drinking water. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Everything was amazing the views the people everything, the food, the facilities. The only thing we didn’t like is during the summer is too hot and it didn’t have air conditioning. Buy everything else was amai.
