The location of the hotel is not an issue, the staff are friendly. However, the hotel rooms are located in the basement without windows, they have fake windows that are decorated, none of the rooms have balconies, and the carpets are very old and moldy, which is really disappointing.

The hotel location isn't an issue, the staff are very nice, but the rooms were in the basement and all the rooms don't have windows, they had fake windows, just decorated like windows. Also, the carpets are very old, moist, and moldy, I can even smell the mold, which isn't really comfortable, and the location was okay.

Room was bellow ground we checked out after oñe day there is two hotels on one site we got the wrong one the room showed a window open the Curtin and get a blank wall

The room was an upgrade and was very basic..no streaming. Wifi was slow and.patchy. you have to through a bar to find reception. Could not think of a reason to would return.

I stayed at a number of places in the Kuta/Legian area and Kutabex was a great option to be by the water. Clean room, super comfortable bed and the entertainment at night was awesome.
