The staffs were attentive and they all spoke English. It’s close to the Akasaka station, which made it convenient to explore Tokyo.

Very limited breakfast options

Akasaka is a great base for Tokyo, so the location of this property is perfect. It was comfortable, convenient and had most of what you need for a 3-7 day stay. The cleanliness of my room could have been improved given the price. No laundry services but lots of laundromats nearby.

Good location in central Tokyo - easy to head east or west via lots of metro lines. The rooms are very small - barely enough room to open a full size suitcase, short of tossing it on the bed. Not an issue for a single traveler - takes a bit of coordination for 2 people to move around the room, such as getting in / out of the toilet. The floors are split-level, meaning you need to climb stairs even after taking the elevator to the respective level - again a bit of a hassle for luggage. Beds are on the firm side, pillows on the very flat side. The lobby is literally a bar - per the name, so don’t be surprised. Staff was generally helpful, though they aren’t in uniform & dressed very casually so just approach the desk to be sure they’re staff! Overall good value for the location and cleanliness, but would definitely suggest getting the larger rooms if traveling with someone.

Very nice property. Unique and very clean. Didn’t quite get the bar which essentially took up the whole lobby, but enjoyed out stay. Breakfast was nice but not worth the price given the proximity to countless coffee shops. Also - limited food selection compared to other properties.

Clean rooms, safe neighborhood and close to transit definitely recommend! They also accept Yamato luggage delivery.

The staff were overall friendly, most did not know much english. The main issue was that due to logistic reasons my partner and i booked different flights so the hotel booking was for only one person. They charged us $30/night for the duration of the stay. The shower smelled of mold/mildew but overall a great location and very easy to get around

Very nice check in experience and the room was nice. More storage in the room would have been helpful though.
