It was a good place to stay at.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was very disappointing...pretty much the same thing every day, not much choice, the hot food was lukewarm at best and cold on some days, bread and pastries were stale, butter was runny.

Great hotel but the breakfast let it down terribly.

Staff has initiative and responsive . Caring with good attitude when I was struck with food poisoning. Clean room.

GrandBlue is in a very quiet area and not a lot is happening but there are many great seafood restaurants on the beach side. The resort was super nice and the rooms were amazing. However, the restaurant was very bad and the morning buffet was as basic as it gets.

Property was great but Expedia placed it on the same page as Ko Sumet so I booked it. Turns out it’s about 30 Kilometers from KoSumet. It’s not on the island. I don’t know why Expedia placed it on the KoSumet page which threw me off big time. Not a good thing to show up to the pier and then have to take a cab to the hotel.

Stayed here for a long stay initially booking via Hotels.com and then afterwards directly. Good setup and room is well serviced every day, with new linen. Laundry service available and for other things and information the reception staff are very informative and helpful. Pool, sauna etc all on site and you can cross the road to the sea thats how close by it is. There is a restaurant next door Metz where breakfast and meals are available, nice food and again nice service from the staff.

I arrived in Thailand after deciding to work remotely for the UK but from Thailand, so its a working holiday. I was worried about the facilities but found that the Internet and business facilities are adequate for my needs. Allowing me to work without disruption. The hotel is situated opposite Mae Phim Beach ⛱ a fantastic spot. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it called Metz and its offers a fair deal of variety. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 certain establishments in the locality are not open. The staff at the hotel are spot on and very helpful. Especially the manager Pierre and Mam the receptionist who have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs.
