職員有禮貌，也很幫忙。地點交通非常方便，可步行到駁二。

The room and food are good, except the noise from the neighbors!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were there for three days. No one made our beds or take out the trash. On the second day, someone left some bottle water and some towels outside the room. On our last day, I placed a note on the door saying please clean our room! When we returned, there were four bottles of water outside our room. No fresh towels and no one made our bed or empty the trash! We were out of toilet paper and fresh towels! Our trash cans were overflow! When I checked out, I mentioned the problem to the front desk. They said they would investigate! I wanted to thank everyone at the front desk! They were super nice. The house keeping staff needs more training! Thank you.

The room is acceptable for the price, surrounsing area is close (15min walk) to "love river" and "hamasen". The location isnt very touristy, but the close proximity to food and other locations are great addition.

Walking distance to several attractions. Many dining options around the hotel.

It’s very clean!

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the staff failed to enforce pandemic prevention regulations, allowing guests to use the lobby without masks. In addition, the housekeeping staff failed to do basic cleaning, like sweeping hardwood floors. The room, in the highest price category, is a bizarrely laid out L-shape, with a pointless hallway entrance, and a bathtub that makes the bathroom gigantic and the bed area tiny. Bad design choices throughout. At this price point in this market, it should be much better than it is.
