This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff was extremely friendly, and the small touches on arrival — water bottles, coffee, and croissants — made us feel very welcome. The guest amenities were great as well, including the pool, sauna, and steam room. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

A lot of noise staying on floor 1. We had to keep windows open due to the hot weather, and the bar downstairs and across the street was quite loud late into the night.

This was our favorite hotel of our 9-day Switzerland trip. Excellent location about a 5-minute walk from Wengen train station. Staff are warm and helpful. Great amenities like the water bottle refill stations and the always-available coffee machine, live music two nights per week, and in-house bar with great vibes. But my favorite was the spa! Huge sauna, steam room, and pool which I took advantage of daily. I had excellent spa treatments from Anna Mari, who was so friendly and professional throughout each service. Our room was well appointed and much larger than it looked in photos. Private balcony with mountain views, in-room water kettle and coffee machine, plus a bath/shower combo. Beds were very comfy so we slept well each night. The daily breakfast was great quality with a very large buffet to suit any traveler's tastes—fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, espresso machines, pancakes, cheeses, yogurts, etc. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Would comeback again. It is on main street and the night noise was loud.

Fun, modern decor, and the family room we had was spacious and comfortable. Warm hospitality at the front desk, very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Wished we would have stayed longer!

The location and views form our room were perfect!

It was a pleasant stay & its location is perfect! The amenities were great though we wish the pool hours for kids didn’t end @ 6pm. The rooms were large for european standards and coffee/water/snack station was a nice touch. We would go back here again.

Wonderful boutique hotel right in town. Fantastic staff, great breakfast and spa amenities. Enjoyed our stay!

The room had a lovely balcony and amazing view.

No refrigerator!!! No air conditioner!!! A 4 Star hotel more than $500/night!!!! The Spa only works until 8 PM. I booked this hotel for the Spa because after hiking I wanted to go swimming and get a Spa treatment, but they close at 8 PM!!!! Also, I noticed from my balcony that they close it at 7:45 PM! I have pictures of it! I asked the receptionist on the day of my arrival if there was an air conditioner in the room because the room was hot. Her answer was NO! Then a day after that while I was not in my room and I had the sign “Do not disturb” they came to my room and brought a fan!!! First, they lied to me and then they didn't respect my privacy!!! There wasn't any ceiling for the shower door, I took a shower and there was a flood going on in the whole bathroom!!! Horrible!!!! The only good thing was the view from my room.
