The room is very clean. Staffs can speak English and explains everything upon check in. They show you how to use the elevators and where the other amenities are that you can grab for free as much as you like. The location is 3 minute walk from the South Gate of the station and so many restaurants around. There are also Lawson, mini-stop and other conbini stores just less than a minute walk outside. There’s a cafe and Indian restaurant at the first floor/lobby. The building is next to firefighters HQ but never heard any loud sirens at night while there. It’s relatively quiet and peaceful.

Rooms were clean and staff were nice. The breakfast was very average though. Assorted Indian curries for breakfast isn’t a good idea.

The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly nice and spoke to me in english which made everything easier. I locked my key in the room I was in and they quickly replaced it with no additional costs to me. My only gripe is that the other guest were loud. They often knocked on doors loudly close to midnight and it would disrupt my sleep. But that was really the only issue. Obviously the room was a bit small, but that’s just how Japanese rooms are— it was great for a solo traveler though.

Couldn't think of something to complain about if I tried. Provided everything a person could possibly need whilst having delightful staff and pristine living conditions.

Room is clean, bathroom is old fashioned with bathtub ( dangerous to get in and out). Breakfast variety is limited, too many curries dishes(5 flavors) not a big fan of curries especially for breakfast

Cozy room, good location and dining options around

The staff were always so accommodating. The train station is 3 minutes walk away and that area has a lot of small eateries and lots of 24hr convenience stores

We love out stay at Daiwa, hotel is clean near Jr Train Station, Don quijote, Family Mart, many restaurants, staffs are nice and helpful

Everything met expectations. The building is new, the room is big relative to other business hotels in Japan. The only problem I had was that the refrigerator was turned off and my drinks were warm. I know that in many hotels in Japan you have to manually turn it on but I always forget. They should tell me that at check-in.
