훌륭해요가족 숙박객
The breakfast each morning was fantastic. We did travel in the middle of the summer during a heat wave, so despite an air conditioner in the room, our room was incredibly hot and humid. After we had too many hot nights with an air conditioner not keeping up, we complained and were moved without an issue to one of the coldest rooms in the property. They even moved our luggage. Although the TV didn’t work in the new room, it didn’t matter because the air-conditioning was full blast and cold. A very attentive and helpful staff.

Didn’t know they still made hotels that were so pleasant to stay in.
Everything was top notch. Breakfast wonderful- sit outside and watch the boats on the canal.
Staff appears to be long time devoted employees. A plus.
Staying there is a very good experience.

I just checked out of Room 54 this morning May16,2026 and I have to report that there are ants in the room right next to the bed where I slept. I have pictures that I showed Adriano at the reception desk and I would attach them here if given the opportunity.

Just a warning, there are mosquitos and no window screens so it was a bit hot and stuffy at night. Overall a great location and lovely hotel
