we stayed for one night it is more like business hotel , it was in good location (some moles around and 30 minutes drive to the air port ) plenty of free parking lots , and a modern building. the Hotel is charging extra's for the use of the SPA , also we wanted to eat some Pizza which we bought out side and the restorant worker did not let is seat in front of the resturant ... so we need to eat it at our room. beside that the Hotel was very nice.

I loved this hotel. Spacious room, moat staff were friendly, lovely atmosphere, very clean and great pool. Location was okay.

Unclean

We stayed two nights at the end of June. This hotel is in a very convenient location because it is central. It's close to Catania, Taormina and Mt Etna - all easily reachable within half an hour or so. It was an okay stay, but definitely not 4-star, in retrospect. The pool was an experience - it's obviously a source of additional income for the hotel so it's always crowded with non-guests. This goes for the parking, as well. It's a nightmare. Pluses: Convenient location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Minuses: Pool and parking. Overall, it served us well.

I have booked for 1 double bed and 2 single. But there was only 1 double bed and 1 single in the room. When I went to the reception the next day to query, the lady at the reception the lady was rude and told me why I did not mentioned this on my arrival day one. I told her day one I was tired and did not take notice and thought that the sofa bed can open and turn into 2. There was two Tv's only one was working. Some of the lights was not working in the room 129. I did not bother to report it as I had a bad experience at the reception. However, the staff at the restaurant and room cleaners were friendly. The outdoor swimming was closed and we wanted to use the indoor swimming pool 11th June, we was told that there is no water. Overall a bad experience.

The pool is added charge and is part of the wellness retreat, the heated pool and hot tub were cold to cool at best. A bit disappointed. Dinner onsite was very good.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The pool is incredible - you have to reserve in advance and the times did not seem so flexible (only one hour in the mornings), but this could have been because we were a family of four. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant at dinner had very nice food - could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu (eg no pasta dishes was a bit of a surprise). On the whole, very nice place for relaxation!

It's my 4th time. I've stayed here, love the spacious rooms, great bar and decent restaurant.
