Excellent place to stay in Innsbruck. The staff are wonderful, the bar and breakfast area are great. The rooftop patio has amazing views of the mountains in all directions. Very close to the old city and a short walk from the train station.

Our rooms were superb. The property itself needs a face-lift. Common area carpet was stained, cut up & pieced together, etc. Staff was marvelous & breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

Very poor housekeeping and bar only opens after 1800

Clean rooms, wonderful n most helpful staff

Arrived later in the day and staff were accommodating, clean room, nice breakfast and great location

Excellent room and great location, breakfast upgrade is a must!

Fantastic location. Room was spacious and unique. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff helpful. Location very close to train station and mountains. Would stay again

Clean rooms, breakfast and close to everything

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in good condition and the staff was pleasant and helpful. If you are driving to the hotel it is a little difficult to arrive with luggage. There really is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel that isn't on the street and exposed to traffic. And if you park in the garage that's nearby the hotel, it's a little bit of a walk to get from the car to the check-in desk. Innsbruck was lovely.

First rate Tyrolean hospitality. The reception staff were excellent, good advice on local restaurants and sight seeing. Great breakfast. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town. A short walk through the university area brings you out at the Hofburg Palace, and the quaint old town.
