This hotel could have earned 5 stars easily because it's staff, rooms, and services are great. However, to promise a fitness center (gym) and then dont have one isnt good business practice. They do have a pool and 2 (!) old, outdated, and crappy cardio machines next to the pool. That's NOT a gym.

Great staff, very friendly and made you feel comfortable.
Comfy bed, nice pool.
As I like milky coffee more milk would have made the stay perfect. I did ask for and was given 2 more but I needed many more.
Breakfast was great..Thank you for a great stay.

그저 그래요 This was a terrible hotel primarily because of the front desk person on the night of 3/18 (Saturday). First off, in the description, it was not clear there was limited parking. We arrived at 9 PM and found no parking so when we attempted to ask him where we could park, he misunderstood us and became very rude and combative for no reason. This was a terrible experience - I don't normally leave reviews but this was bad.
