I will say this property has a great location, right next to the subway and tram. Walking distance to many restaurants, and the price for the room was good. The room itself was lacking a lot. We stayed in a quadruple room, and the bathroom had two huge windows and the door had a large gap so there was no privacy at all when using the bathroom. There is no air con which is understandable because it’s Europe. However, there are no fans and when I asked for one, staff said they don’t have one. There were windows without screens and a strange pulley system for the skylights for ventilation. I found the room to be very dirty, there was some liquid (juice? Soda?) from the previous guest that was spilled and dried on the floor in an obvious spot. The floor was very dirty overall, I tried to clean it with baby wipes and a bath towel. It was a basic room and I guess it’s fine if you don’t have high expectations.

We booked this hotel for the night before my 85 year old mums operation close by. I was on a late flight from London. My mum travelling to Munich by train. We were meant to get a check-in code 24 hours before check-in. This did not happen. We emailed at 8 am, and both tried calling the hotel (number listed appears to be inactive). After not hearing anything my mother booked a different hotel as she was anxious. The website states that the reception on a Sunday is only manned u til 12noon! We tried to then contact the hotel for a refund but were told as it was non-refundable they would not honour a refund. Feel disappointed as if they had done what was promised 24 hours beforehand then all this would not have happened. The email with check-in instructions finally arrived at 4pm- 2 hours after we were able to check-in.

Meget spartansk værelse. Forvirring med indtjekning: værelse tilgængelig fra kl 14, receptionen lukket fra kl 14. Indtjekningautomat kunne ikke genkende ref nummer. Ejeren/medarbejder kom ud men var ikke særlig servicemindet, faktisk belærende. Pris/service forhold ikke godt! Til gengæld god beliggenhed i hyggelig Haidhausen. Kun få stop til München centrum. Grønne områder. Gode restauranter.

Small single room perfect for my trip. Electronic screen at the front door to check in and get you key card. Brilliant location right next to public transport.

good and basic. had no issues and relatively central location

Very nice place, clean and had everything we needed. Had a 2 queen room and there are windows between shower and bedroom which is weird, so we bough tape & newspapers that cover.

We had a nice stay, the hand washing had stopped
