Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower.

매우 훌륭해요 Excellent hotel in an excellent location too (My business was in Willington Island and this location was the best to access business and also for evening shopping). Hotel was very hygiene. Food was OK. My only and minor grouse was that the pillow was bit too thick... I could not get used to such a think pillow..

매우 훌륭해요 Love this hotel located next to shipyard. Excellent service, very comfortable and spacious room, courteous staff, rooftop restaurant with lovely pool. This is my second stay and the hotel has been upgraded to meet modern standards.
I will come again. Thank you , Mercy, for making my arrival into Cochin an easy transition.
