Terrible place

If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying there again. Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid.

Everything was great, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, smiling, and caring — I almost felt like I was at home. The location is excellent, in a really good area. The sleeping capsules were comfortable as well. The only small downside was that inside the capsule area near the doors, there was some trash left behind. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this place. Price, quality, and location — 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location right next to Central Park. Subway station 3 blocks away. The sleeping pods are very nice. Plenty of room even for a six footer. My only problem was the 5 flights of stairs to reach my room.

It was way too cold. I visited late April and the temperatures at night were at about 40 degrees. The heat was turned off and all they provided were a sheet and a fleece blanket. It was not enough to stay warm, even after requesting a second fleece blanket. Otherwise, I was really only there to sleep. Seemed clean enough and checking in was simple. I didn’t spend enough time to comment on anything else.

I really enjoyed the area and being steps away from Central Park! Coffee shops, restaurants and transit nearby! The 2 person room was small but I didn’t spend much time there and I happened to get a very quiet and respectful roommate! The capsule was fun and equipped with lighting inside and charging ports. I loved the NY bagel breakfast with coffee and fruit which was complimentary every morning! Overall a great stay! I would like to go back!!
