We had a wonderful week at the Balcony hotel. The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing (Panoramic suite - best sea view ever), the food excellent, but the clincher were the amazing staff, Adamantini, Anastasia, Eleni, and everyone else, who did everything possible and more to ensure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back. Thank you all at the Balcony. Amazing!

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel instantly at home. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, and dinner was truly outstanding—each dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the gourmet menu alone is worth a visit. We enjoyed a perfect sunset, made even more memorable by the delicious food and expertly crafted drinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balcony Hotel.
The staff were very friendly and had exceptional service.
The breakfast was amazing and changed daily.
The view speaks for itself.
Special mention to Anastasia and Adamantini for always being the most helpful and friendliest staff members, they really did make our stay special.

The room is beautiful and it has a wonderful view.
The service is excellent, all the staff is kind, friendly and always helpful.
If I come again to Zakynthos I’ll choose Balcony Boutique Hotel again without a doubt, I absolutely recommend this property!
