The hotel is very good, deserve the raining. It is a little bit far from the town center for walking, and the city is getting through alot of construction

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location! We loved the view of the river and of course The Guggenheim Museum. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

매우 훌륭해요 The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful lobby and great décor, which is definitely its strongest point. It would benefit from having a gym, spa services, and newer TVs in the rooms to improve the overall guest experience.

I booked this room for a friend whose husband was taken ill in the local hospital. The staff were incredibly supportive and understanding of her situation, taking great care of her in her hour of need.

The hotel itself looks much better than it does in the pictures. All public spaces looked amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great, had a great selection of food.
My room was spacious and clean. I had a place to put everything and keep my things organised. The mattress was a bit firm for my liking, but I still slept comfortably.
Overall, I had a great stay. I wish the hotel had a gym, it was the only thing missing for me.
Thank you Miguel (from the bar) for your service, and great recommendations!
